The guiding principles of an organization represent the core beliefs and values that guide the vision, mission, and strategies of the organization. It is therefore essential that the guiding principles of the Andrews Institute Leaders Collective be established so that the design and implementation will reflect the principles of the Institute.

 

Based on the guiding principles, the vision of the Leaders Collective outlines the intended results of the group, while the mission statement addresses the purpose of the group. The strategy of the organization lays out the means for accomplishing the mission.

Vision

By remaining connected and supported, graduates of academic and community programs of the Andrews Institute for Civic Leadership will enhance the learning community of the Institute and further its mission of developing more engaged and effective leaders, while affecting community change.

Mission

A community of collaboration for Andrews Institute graduates that will allow for engagement, continued education and development, and the advancement of community projects and initiatives.
